Heritage Electric completed the electrical installation for a new-construction DSHS mental health clinic in Vancouver, Washington. The facility required dependable electrical systems designed to support clinical operations, administrative spaces, common areas, exterior spaces, and everyday building use.
Scope of Electrical Work
Our work included a complete electrical installation from the ground up: branch-circuit wiring throughout the facility, electrical power distribution, receptacle and equipment connections, and full interior and exterior lighting, all coordinated to meet the demanding requirements of a healthcare environment.
Advanced Lighting Controls
The facility incorporated lighting controls designed to improve occupant comfort and energy efficiency. Daylight-harvesting controls automatically adjust artificial lighting in response to available natural light, while 0–10V dimming provides smooth and precise control of compatible interior and exterior fixtures. The result is a system that reduces energy consumption without sacrificing the quality of light patients and staff depend on.
Electrical Systems for a Healthcare Environment
Mental health and healthcare facilities require reliable, carefully coordinated electrical systems. The completed installation supports staff operations, patient spaces, conference areas, common areas, outdoor gathering spaces, and other critical functions throughout the building. Every circuit and control point was planned to support both day-to-day clinical needs and long-term operational reliability.
Project Result
The finished electrical system provides a safe, functional, and energy-conscious environment for patients, employees, and visitors. The installation was completed to support the demands of a modern clinical facility while maintaining a clean, professional finished appearance throughout.
