Heritage Electric completed the electrical installation for a new-construction DSHS mental health clinic in Vancouver, Washington. The facility required dependable electrical systems designed to support clinical operations, administrative spaces, common areas, exterior spaces, and everyday building use.

Advanced Lighting Controls

The facility incorporated lighting controls designed to improve occupant comfort and energy efficiency. Daylight-harvesting controls automatically adjusted artificial lighting in response to available natural light, while 0–10V dimming provided smooth and precise control of compatible interior and exterior fixtures.
